An educational seminar is available to your staff prior to our arrival on Screening Day! In addition, you may choose the format of seminar you would like your employees to receive: live, or powepoint.
Each participating employee will receive a 7-Point Artery Analysis as described in the "About Artery Analysis" page. Screening administration is flexible and can include options for screening in your place of employment (preferred), or your staff may come to our office individually and by appointment. For 20 or more employees, on-site screening is most effective.
Your staff may be eligible for a free follow up screening (based upon package purchased) to measure progress made toward optimal health.
Employers enrolled in the Premium Package will receive comprehensive reporting on screening results along with recommendations to enhance wellness among your staff. Other Packages will receive basic reporting that includes the overall health of your staff.
Reporting will be provided within 7 business days of the testing. HIPAA Privacy Practices will be employed and individual testing results will not be available to the employer. Group reporting will provide valuable information as to the overall health status of participating employees.
Life happens. Cardio Centrix has your staff in mind and realizes that perhaps a few may miss their screen because of unforeseen issues. No problem. At no charge, we will offer a make up screening day for those enrolled in the Premium Package. For the Standard and Basic Packages your employee is free to come to our office at their earliest convenience.
Each employee screened will receive an Interpretive Guide that will allow him/her to look at their results later with understanding.
Members enrolled in the Premium Package will receive a Personal Wellness Booklet full of useful and beneficial information to assist them toward optimal health. Included is goal and diary sections to assist with compliance.
A member of our staff will be assigned to take care of your needs from beginning to end. This individual will be available to you and your staff to answer any questions you may have.
Cardio Centrix recognizes how busy it can be. So we have made educating your staff regarding heart and health awareness convenient! At timely spaced intervals, we will submit email and video content for your staff to view at their convenience.
Times are tough and we often have to do more with less. We have a growing group of professionals who are willing to give your employees significant discounts when their type of services are required. Services such as naturopathic alternatives, dental, chiropractic, medical, therapy, etc. In addition, discounts are available on health care products carried by Cardio Centrix.
Acquiring optimal health does not stop at screening. We are here to encourage, answer any questions, make referrals, and more. We like to consider ourselves as an extension of your team.
Members enrolled in the Premium Package will receive a Team Cardio Wrist Band to act as a constant reminder to remain active and healthy!
